In IVF pregnancies, the due date is calculated from the embryo transfer date rather than the last menstrual period (LMP). For a Day 5 blastocyst transfer, the due date is approximately 261 days (37 weeks + 3 days) from the transfer date. For a Day 3 embryo transfer, add 263 days.
