This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not do when using Baby Whispers. It applies to all users of our website, Telegram bot, and subscription service.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Baby Whispers for the following purposes:

• Personal use: subscribing for yourself or purchasing a gift for one other person
• Sharing individual voice messages privately with family members
• Using the service as intended: receiving daily voice message deliveries via Telegram

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent payment or eligibility requirements
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, sessions, or personal data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, download in bulk, or extract our voice message audio for commercial redistribution
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our API endpoints
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or attack our systems (DDoS attacks, brute force attempts, etc.)
• Impersonate Baby Whispers, its operators, or its staff
• Use the service to harass, manipulate, or psychologically harm another person — for example, sending a subscription to a grieving individual without their explicit consent
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from Baby Whispers

4. Consequences of Violation

We take violations of this policy seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Suspend or permanently terminate your account without a refund
• Report serious violations to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities

5. Reporting Violations
