1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to our service, or using the Baby Whispers website and Telegram bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Baby Whispers provides daily AI-generated voice messages delivered via Telegram to expecting parents. The voice messages are pre-generated and do not adapt to real-time events or conditions. The service is for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to Baby Whispers.
- One account per person. You may not share accounts.
- By subscribing, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during signup
- Keep your account credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity on your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access by emailing resolvervicky@gmail.com
5. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions begin immediately after payment is confirmed
- Plans are prepaid for the stated duration (7 days / 30 days / 90 days)
- Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments — their terms and conditions apply to payment processing
- Prices displayed include applicable taxes where Dodo Payments calculates them
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
6. Gift Subscriptions
- Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once the recipient has redeemed them
- Unredeemed gift codes expire 12 months from the date of purchase
- The gift recipient must create an account to redeem their gift
7. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing resolvervicky@gmail.com
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No further messages will be sent after the cancellation date
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
Your use of Baby Whispers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The voice messages delivered by Baby Whispers are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real messages from children, unborn babies, or any actual person. They are designed to provide emotional comfort and connection during the journey of pregnancy and early parenthood.
Baby Whispers makes no claim, representation, or warranty that the content represents real communication from any person, living or deceased.
11. Emotional Content Warning
Our service deals with deeply personal topics including pregnancy, loss, loneliness, and family relationships. While our intention is to provide comfort, we recognise that these topics may be distressing for some individuals.
If you find the content becomes distressing rather than comforting, we recommend pausing or cancelling your subscription. You can pause delivery at any time from your dashboard or by sending /pause to our Telegram bot.
12. Service Availability
- We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via email where possible
- We are not liable for missed deliveries caused by Telegram outages, Vercel downtime, or force majeure events
13. Intellectual Property
- All voice messages, scripts, and content are owned by Baby Whispers
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission
- You may share individual voice messages privately with family members for personal, non-commercial use
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baby Whispers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
16. Changes to Terms
- Material changes to these terms will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect
- Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
