Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment
We want you to love Baby Whispers. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with Baby Whispers for any reason within 7 days of your first payment, email us at resolvervicky@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.
3. Refunds After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day period, refunds are issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: if we failed to deliver messages for 3 or more consecutive days due to an error on our part
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same subscription, the duplicate will be refunded immediately upon notification within 30 days
- Billing error: if the price charged was different from what was displayed at the time of purchase
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind after the initial 7-day period
- Failure to connect your Telegram account to Baby Whispers
- Unused days remaining on a plan (partial refunds are not offered)
- Gift subscriptions that have already been redeemed by the recipient
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at resolvervicky@gmail.com with the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- The reason for your refund request
- The date of payment (if known)
We will respond to your request within 2 business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Dodo Payments back to your original payment method. The timing of the funds appearing in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times.
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. These are separate processes:
- Cancellation — stops your subscription at the end of the current billing period
- Refund — returns money already paid. You must email us separately to request a refund
